Congress party is sending observers all over Bihar, who will go to each district and fulfil two important responsibilities. First is to help the public in the voter list revision and second is to assess the ground status regarding the assembly elections. Under Congress' plan, party workers and supervisors from all over the country have been sent to Bihar.
