Congress workers were detained by Odisha Police while marching towards CM Mohan Charan Majhi’s residence, demanding his resignation over the alleged gang-rape of a 20-year-old student at Gopalpur beach. This comes after the 20-year-old girl was visiting the beach with her male friend when 10 men approached. The accused then tied up her friend and sexually assaulted her, said police.
