An EY employee having 75% spinal disability, in a LinkedIn post, criticised the toxic culture at the company, saying that despite working tirelessly he was placed on a PIP robbing him of his bonus. "My loyalty and hard work were met with threats of termination and further PIPs, and constant pressure, driving me into a deep depression," he claimed.
