Opposition's vice presidential candidate B Sudershan Reddy said Indian Constitution was under challenge and he pledged to defend it. Reddy said his candidature by the Opposition is a matter of honour and that VP election is not a contest between him and NDA's C P Radhakrishnan, but a contest representing "two different ideologies".
