The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday, 13 June, forecasted intense rainfall across Kerala and Lakshadweep over the coming days, driven by a cyclonic circulation over north coastal Andhra Pradesh and south Odisha, along with a trough extending toward coastal Karnataka.
