Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority imposed a ₹1-crore fine on the contractor after a video showed Mumbai's Atal Setu in a poor condition, with patches on road, a year after PM Narendra Modi inaugurated it. Tata Projects and South Korean Daewoo E&C have been fined for "minor surface distress", MMRDA said. The 21.8-km Atal Setu is India's longest sea bridge.
