A court in Mumbai has allowed the release of properties worth ₹66.33 crore owned by fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi and his sister. It approved a request made by PNB to release the assets so they could be sold/auctioned to recover losses caused by the fraud. ED had attached these assets as part of money laundering investigation in the PNB scam.
