A special court in Lucknow ordered the confiscation of assets worth nearly ₹128 crore rupees from Shine City Group's fugitive promoter Rashid Naseem. This action, under the FEOA, aims to compensate 6,500 duped investors. Naseem, accused in 554 FIRs for ₹800-1000 crore rupee fraud, is absconding in Dubai, evading investigation.
