Delhi HC has directed takedown of obscene and sexually suggestive social media posts targeting BJP spokesperson and Senior Advocate Gaurav Bhatia. Justice Amit Bansal ruled that while satire and political criticism are protected, content attacking a person's dignity cannot be justified. Samajwadi Party Media Cell and another defendant must remove the posts within 24 hours. Bhatia hailed the order.
