The International Crimes Tribunal of Bangladesh which sentenced ousted Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to death was set up by her to prosecute crimes against humanity during Bangladesh's 1971 independence movement. The tribunal said Hasina incited violence against protesting students and that she ordered use of helicopters and drones to fire on students last year.
