CPI (ML) withdrew the list of 18 candidates for the Bihar elections. The party had announced the names even before Mahagathbandhan reached a seat-sharing consensus. "Discussions are ongoing on a few more seats...the final list will be released in a press conference," the party said. Three days are left before nominations for the first phase of elections close.
