A group of content creators gathered outside the US Congress on Wednesday to oppose a potential ban on the Chinese-owned short video-sharing app used by more than 150 million Americans. This came a day before TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew is scheduled to testify before Congress about the app's data security and privacy practices, and its alleged ties to Beijing.
