A 49-year-old man in cardiogenic shock was saved at CARE Hospitals, Malakpet, Hyderabad, after Dr Naveen Kumar Cheruku performed an emergency image-guided angioplasty. A severe left main blockage and LAD clot were cleared with a stent, restoring blood flow. The patient improved rapidly, was off the ventilator, and discharged in stable condition within five days.
