Bharat Forge's 75-year-old Chairman Baba Kalyani and his 69-year-old brother Gaurishankar Kalyani are fighting over their late mother Sulochana's will. Baba approached the Pune civil court for the legal authentication of his mother's 2012 will. However, his brother Gaurishankar presented a new will he claims is the 'final' one that his mother made in 2022, months before her demise.
