Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-Central Road Research Institute (CSIR-CRRI)'s , eco-friendly MSS+ technology is being used by Uttar Pradesh to build 202 km of green roads under PMGSY in 2025. It allows all-weather construction without heating materials, reduces carbon emissions, and improves road quality. Today, the technology is being used in six districts of Uttar Pradesh.
