CSR programme 'Certified Ophthalmic Paramedic (COP)' addresses the shortage of trained paramedics in the eye care sector. The project supports 12th-pass girls in a 2-year course at a Charitable Eye Hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur, offering career opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and optical stores. Eye surgeries for the underprivileged are also being supported through the CSR project.
