CSR funding has helped Vadodara enhance its morgue capacities, easing burden on major hospitals. Contributions from corporates, especially the LIC Golden Jubilee Fund, enabled the purchase of new cold storage cabinets and the opening of a post-mortem facility. The Gujarat government also directed hospitals to double morgue space, improving healthcare infrastructure and dignity for the deceased.
