The CSR initiative DIKSHa is launching a new programme to train 300 women in Assam, West Bengal, and Jharkhand for roles in the automotive sector. This effort aims to boost employability and provide sustainable livelihoods for women from underserved backgrounds, with training and counselling support set to begin in August 2025 and conclude by year-end.
