CSR Project Shilpi has been launched to equip youth with limited means with essential skills in servicing and maintenance of backhoe loaders. The project has been strategically developed to create a talent pool trained in backhoe loader repair and maintenance. Project Shilpi is designed for unemployed youth from economically weaker sections, particularly ITI and diploma holders aged above 17.
