In Chaibasa, West Singhbhum, a 19-year-old tribal youth, Manjhi Sundi, has emerged as an inspiring example of how sports can open new opportunities. From grassroots football training, he progressed to represent Jharkhand in the Under-20 team and later secured a role as a Home Guard, becoming a role model for young people in his community.
