Cuba's national power grid collapsed for the fourth time in less than a year on Wednesday, causing a nationwide blackout. The electrical worker's union said a failure at the 300 megawatt CTE Antonio Guiteras power plant brought the entire grid down. Cuba is reportedly suffering its worst economic crisis since the fall of the Soviet Union.
