Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has said he will campaign for the position of Mayor of New York City as an Independent candidate after losing the Democratic Party's primary to Zohran Mamdani. "Only 13% of New Yorkers voted in the June primary. The general election is in November and I am in it to win it," Cuomo said.
