Himachal Pradesh is facing a staggering surge in cybercrime, with at least six people falling prey to online fraud every 15 minutes. According to records from the cyber cell, while the state received around 122 complaints per day in 2023, daily average increased to 301 in 2024 and has skyrocketed to 629 in 2025, just within the first seven months.
