After carrying out shooting in US' Minnesota in which state Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband were killed, accused Vance Luther Boelter texted his family, New York Post reported citing prosecutors. Boelter wrote, "Dad went to war last night...I don’t want to say more because...I don’t wanna implicate anybody." "Words aren't going to explain how sorry I am," he stated.
