Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi said the alleged suicide of Haryana IPS officer Y Puran Kumar is proof that Dalits are not safe under BJP government. "His family is wandering in search of justice, but no one's paying any heed," she said. In an eight-page final note reportedly left behind by Kumar, he accused eight senior IPS officers of "caste-based discrimination."
