Hungarian-British author David Szalay won the 2025 Booker Prize for his novel 'Flesh' at a ceremony in London on Monday and will receive prize money of £50,000 (around ₹58.4 lakhs). "We had never read anything quite like it...it's, in many ways, a dark book, but it's a joy to read," the chair of the judging panel said about the book.
