The death toll in the cloudburst and flash flood in J&K's Kishtwar has gone up to 46, while around 100 others have been injured, officials said. Two CISF personnel are among those killed, while dozens remain missing, reports said. Around 167 people have been pulled out from under the rubble, and of these, condition of 38 people is serious.
