Actress Deepika Padukone broke her silence on the controversies surrounding her demand for eight-hour work shifts. She stated that a lot of male superstars have been working for eight hours everyday since years. "But they never made headlines. A lot of them don't work on weekends as well. We are a disorganised industry...it's time we bring in system," she said.
