Pankaj Saran, former Deputy National Security Adviser and a member of an all-party delegation to Europe, says, "the message has gone down, across the length and breadth, about what we wanted to convey". He said there was no false equivalence in Europe vis-a-vis India and Pakistan. He said Europe understands that the two countries differ fundamentally.
