Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin said deletion of voters' names from electoral rolls in Bihar was "worse than terrorism". He added that I.N.D.I.A bloc would win Bihar assembly polls if elections were free and fair. Accusing BJP of making Election Commission its "puppet", he said, "Rahul Gandhi exposed the EC, but the poll panel did not respond to his charges."
