AAP leader Atishi met the family of nine-year-old girl allegedly raped and murdered in Dayalpur. She said, "Delhi CM Rekha Gupta doesn't even have time to...meet...victim's family." She added, "There is a four-engine BJP government in Delhi...then why are our daughters not safe?" She further asked the BJP-led government, "Why hasn't the main accused been arrested yet?"
