Rajesh Bhai Khimji Bhai Sakriya, who attacked Delhi CM Rekha Gupta during 'Jan Sunwai' at her residence, told police that he planned to attack her with a knife, News18 reported. He threw the knife away seeing the tight security arrangements. He also revealed going to the Supreme Court but had returned after seeing heavy security.
