A Delhi court on Saturday declared UK-based arms consultant Sanjay Bhandari a fugitive economic offender on an Enforcement Directorate (ED) plea, officials said. Bhandari fled to UK in 2016, and a recent plea by India seeking his extradition was rejected by a UK court. Robert Vadra has been facing investigation in connection with a money laundering case linked to Bhandari.
