A Delhi court is likely to hear on June 9 the plea of 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks-accused Tahawwur Hussain Rana seeking permission to speak to his family. Special Judge Chander Jit Singh has asked the Tihar Jail officials to file a response in the matter based on the National Investigation Agency's response. The 64-year-old Pakistani-Canadian Rana is in judicial custody.
