Delhi Government is reportedly planning to redevelop its housing colonies on Public-Private Partnership model, similar to Centre’s General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) project. Under GPRA, existing government residential colonies in Delhi are redeveloped under PPP model to provide modern housing with optimum land use. CM Rekha Gupta discussed redesigning plans with PWD officials recently.
