The Delhi High Court ordered the removal of obscene posts targeting BJP's Gaurav Bhatia, stating that dignity can't be attacked under free speech. Justice Amit Bansal, however, refused to block satirical posts, adding that the threshold for defamation of public figures should be higher. Bhatia approached the court over posts related to a TV debate video showing him without pants.
