The Delhi High Court passed an interim order to protect Abhishek Bachchan's personality rights from unauthorised commercial exploitation. The court observed that misusing his image, name, voice, or other elements in settings that are misleading, derogatory, or inappropriate intrudes upon his privacy. His personality elements have increasingly been misused over the past few months, his lawyer said.
