Delhi HC questioned Priya Kapur's plea for non-disclosure agreement for list detailing her billionaire husband Sunjay Kapur's assets. "It may be problematic for simple reason that...[Sunjay's ex-wife Karisma's children] have right to question assets...If they're bound with this confidentiality...how'll they ever defend their case?" HC said, asking why this case was more important than other cases.
