The Delhi High Court on Monday refused to stay trial court proceedings against Team India head coach Gautam Gambhir, his foundation and others accused of illegally stocking and distributing COVID-19 drugs. Justice Neena Bansal Krishna noted that granting a stay halts investigations and lets cases collapse. She said Gambhir’s plea to quash FIR will now be heard on August 29.
