Delhi High Court has summoned OpenAI after Indian news organisation Asian News International (ANI) filed a lawsuit against it. ANI has alleged that the Sam Altman-led company used its content to train and run ChatGPT without permission. Earlier, The New York Times had sued OpenAI in US for using its content without permission.
