Delhi High Court dismissed a plea challenging the decision of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) to ban Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS) labelling on fruit-based, non-carbonated or ready-to-drink beverages. "This is...in light of...adverse health outcomes if people who are in medical need of...ORS, consume the offending products," HC observed. Dr Reddy's Laboratories filed the plea.
