Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Wednesday announced that if the weather conditions are favourable, the government will conduct cloud seeding or artificial rain in the coming two to three days. This comes after Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP-1) was implemented in Delhi as pollution levels rose ahead of Diwali.
