Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will introduce driverless trains on its upcoming Phase-IV corridors, officials said. India's first driverless train was launched on Magenta Line (Janakpuri West–Botanical Garden) by PM Narendra Modi on December 28, 2020. Currently, 69 driverless trains run on the Pink and Magenta Lines, with 43 on the Pink Line and 26 on the Magenta Line.
