A heavy traffic jam was reported in several parts of Delhi-NCR on Friday, on the eve of Raksha Bandhan. The Ghaziabad stretch of the Delhi-Meerut Expressway (NH-24) also saw heavy traffic jam that extended for several kilometres, causing significant delays for motorists, PTI reported. Delhi Traffic Police has issued an advisory, requesting people to use public transport to avoid traffic.
