A Delhi Police inspector, Jitendra Singh Yadav, and his accomplice Dharamveer were arrested for allegedly demanding ₹30 lakh bribe from a complainant during an investigation for doing them a "favour" in the case, police said. Dharamveer, posing as Yadav's lawyer, was caught red-handed accepting ₹1 lakh from the complainant, they added. Inspector Yadav and Dharamveer are now in police remand.
