Delhi Public Works Department (PWD) claimed to have set a "world record" on Tuesday by repairing 3,433 potholes in the city in a single day. "This wasn’t just a pothole repair mission...it was a commitment to end cycle of delays and excuses," PWD Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh said.
