The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has directed schools to identify children of illegal Bangladeshi migrants and prevent them from obtaining birth certificates. The MCD also ordered the removal of encroachments by illegal migrants across all zones. The Public Health Department was asked to ensure no birth certificates are issued to illegal Bangladeshi migrants.
