Several parts of Delhi saw severe waterlogging and traffic jams after heavy rains lashed the National Capital on Tuesday morning. Videos showed waterlogging in Connaught Place, ITO, Pragati Maidan, Panchkuian Road, and Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg. Vehicles submerged in water and traffic crawling through the inundated roads were seen in Moti Bagh, Talkatora Road, Mukherjee Nagar and Rohini.
