Terror-accused doctors Muzammil and Umar, allegedly linked to the Delhi terror attack, used messaging platform 'Session' to communicate with their handlers, according to reports. Muzammil reportedly told investigators that in early phase of his association with JeM, he communicated with handler called 'Abu Ukasa'.
