The Delhi government is going to launch a large-scale sterilisation and vaccination programme for stray dogs days after the Supreme Court ordered stray dogs must be released after sterilisation. The government is planning to convert 24 of the 78 state-run veterinary clinics into dedicated centres for the sterilisation. The government may also release a new policy for it.
